Shipping & Handling fees:
$15 flat fee for all domestic orders, all regions in Canada $20 flat fee for all international orders worldwide.Orders will take 1-3 business day to process and be ready for shipment. Shipping times vary within locations. Shipping delivery in Canada is approx. 2-10 business days, and 10-20 business days internationally.

 

 

 

Please note:

 

 

We use Canada post/DHL  for our shipping, once we ship the orders we have no control for your order. We are not responsible for any issues or extra charges you may have with the shipment.

Please make sure your address is correct, we are not responsible for issues with delivery due to incorrect shipping information. Returns shipping charges will be at the customers expense unless an item is incorrect or damaged prior to receipt. If an item has been received damaged, please send us images of your damaged item the day you receive it. If images are sent at a later date, we will not be able to refund you for these damages.

Products as for bags, shirts,dresses, skirts  we do accept items if you are unhappy with your purchase, please send the item in which it was purchased for an exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags attached. All items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. 

Once the item as been returned or exchanges with no damages our team will contact you via email for an update regrading to your purchase.

International Duties and Taxes

 

 

Depending on different locations/countries tax duties may apply and charged upon your delivery.  
This delivery fee must be paid by recipient which DÈCOROUS ®  has no control over or responsibility for these fee's. Please make sure to check with your local customs guidelines.

We currently accept PayPal payments, credit card payments through Stripe.

Order Status


Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will automatically be sent to the provided email address with an order number for reference.
A 1-3 day order processing time is required on all orders before shipment
.

Pre-Order Items


A Pre-Order is the term used when an item is unavailable for immediate shipment because it is in production to be shipped at a later date. The estimated date of delivery is displayed on the product page and which it will be seen next add to cart section.

Order Changes & Cancellation
If you decide that you would like to change or cancel an order after placement, please contact us immediately as we cannot make changes once shipped. 

Sizing
All our sizes are international format. Which it will be displayed next to size selection for further measurement details based on different countries.
